The Healthcare Recruiter at Optigy plays a pivotal role in the recruitment process, engaging in hands-on delivery of candidate sourcing, screening, and placement while maintaining a consultative partnership with clients. You will be responsible for identifying top healthcare providers, managing the candidate experience from initial outreach to onboarding, and acting as a trusted advisor to both candidates and client organizations. Your expertise will drive not only the quality of talent presented but also the satisfaction and success of our clients throughout the hiring lifecycle.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Proactively source, identify, and engage qualified healthcare providers using internal databases, job boards, referrals, and targeted outbound strategies, including passive candidate outreach.
- Conduct comprehensive candidate screenings to assess clinical background, experience, motivation, compensation expectations, and cultural alignment.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with candidates, serving as an advisor throughout the interview, offer, and onboarding processes.
- Prepare high-quality candidate submissions that articulate fit beyond the CV.
- Manage candidate pipelines across multiple searches, maintaining consistent activity, follow-up, and momentum.
- Guide candidates through interviews, offers, negotiations, and closing, collaborating internally to secure successful placements.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring role requirements, timelines, and expectations are aligned.
- Partner with clients to understand hiring priorities, market dynamics, and candidate profiles essential for success.
- Provide regular communication and updates on candidate activity, pipeline health, and market feedback.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Demonstrated success as a healthcare recruiter, consultant, or account manager in a third-party or in-house environment.
- Proven ability in sourcing, screening, and closing candidates, particularly in physician and advanced practice recruiting.
- Strong relationship-building skills with both candidates and clients.
- Experience managing multiple concurrent searches while maintaining high attention to detail and follow-through.
- Proficiency with ATS/CRM systems, job boards, and outbound sourcing tools.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present candidates effectively and professionally.
- High level of organization, accountability, and ownership of assigned searches.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience required.
