Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and presenting job offers to candidates.
- Evaluate applications to ensure candidates meet required education, experience, and certification standards.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand departmental needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Utilize social media platforms, job boards, college outreach, and career fairs to build a strong talent pipeline.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment activity in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Advise leadership on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and sourcing best practices for clinical roles.
- Foster positive relationships with prospective and current employees, promoting a culture of engagement and retention.
- Continuously improve recruitment processes to increase efficiency and enhance candidate experiences.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least three (3) years of direct clinical recruiting experience, specifically in roles such as NP, RN, LPN, MSW, or care management.
- Demonstrated success in high-volume recruitment within a healthcare environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to build relationships at all organizational levels.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and meet strict deadlines.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
