Healthcare Recruiter - Summary
- Serve as the primary point of contact for sourcing, screening, and placing healthcare professionals in various federal contract roles.
- Promote Decypher’s reputation within the healthcare and government contracting communities.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Partner with Account Managers to understand job requirements and hiring objectives for federal healthcare contracts.
- Source, screen, and recruit candidates for a variety of healthcare positions, such as physicians, nurses, specialists, technicians, and administrative staff.
- Develop and maintain robust candidate pipelines using networking, industry contacts, professional associations, trade groups, and employee referrals.
- Conduct thorough pre-screening and in-depth interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Coordinate with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process to ensure alignment and timely placements.
- Implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-caliber healthcare professionals.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS) effectively to manage recruitment workflow.
- Ensure all recruitment activities comply with federal, regulatory, and contractual requirements.
- Stay updated on current trends, tools, and best practices in healthcare recruiting; recommend process improvements as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Associate’s degree in medical, business, or related field is required.
- Minimum of two years of experience in government healthcare recruiting, with proven success in sourcing and placing candidates for federal contracts.
- Experience supporting multiple Labor Category Assignment Tables (LCATs), including structured and competency-based interviews.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- Excellent interviewing, candidate assessment, and relationship management abilities.
- Outstanding communication and customer service skills for managing client and candidate interactions effectively.
- Proficiency with HR databases, ATS, and CMS platforms.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, compliance-driven setting.
