- Collaborates with internal stakeholders to ensure high-quality candidate placements in Military Treatment Facilities.
- Acts as a brand ambassador for Decypher, helping to attract and retain top healthcare talent.
- Partner with Account Managers to fully understand job requirements, candidate qualifications, and hiring priorities.
- Source, screen, and hire qualified healthcare professionals for diverse roles, including physicians, nurses, technicians, specialists, and administrative staff.
- Develop and maintain candidate pipelines through networking, professional associations, trade groups, and employee referrals.
- Conduct pre-screening and in-depth interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and suitability for federal healthcare roles.
- Coordinate with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process to ensure alignment and successful placements.
- Promote Decypher’s reputation as an employer of choice within the healthcare and federal contracting community.
- Design and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-caliber talent.
- Remain current with recruiting trends, tools, and best practices, recommending improvements as appropriate.
- Ensure full compliance with federal, regulatory, and contractual recruitment standards.

- Associate's degree in a medical or business-related field required.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in government healthcare recruiting, with a focus on healthcare roles.
- Proven ability to support multiple Labor Categories (LCATs), including conducting structured and competency-based interviews.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills; ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- Excellent interviewing, candidate assessment, and relationship management skills.
- Exceptional customer service and communication abilities to effectively manage client and candidate relationships.
- Proficiency in HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and Candidate Management Systems (CMS).
- Resourceful, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment.
- Passionate about supporting the healthcare needs of service members, veterans, and their families.
- Demonstrates a commitment to ethical recruiting practices and continuous improvement.
