Healthcare Recruiter - Summary
- Responsible for full-cycle recruitment of healthcare professionals for federal contracts in military treatment facilities.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with account managers to interpret job descriptions and clarify candidate qualifications.
- Source, screen, and hire healthcare professionals for a variety of roles including physicians, nurses, specialists, technicians, and administrative staff.
- Develop and maintain robust candidate pipelines through networking, professional associations, trade groups, and referrals.
- Conduct initial and in-depth interviews to evaluate candidate skills, experiences, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate with hiring managers and team members throughout the recruitment process, ensuring timely and effective placements.
- Implement creative sourcing strategies to attract the best healthcare talent for federal contracts.
- Stay informed of the latest recruiting trends, tools, and best practices in healthcare recruitment.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and requisition data using HR databases, ATS, and CMS platforms.
- Uphold compliance with all relevant federal, regulatory, and contractual recruitment requirements.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Associate's degree in a medical or business-related field is required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in government healthcare recruiting.
- Demonstrated experience supporting multiple labor categories and conducting structured competency-based interviews.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- Exceptional interviewing and candidate assessment capabilities.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills for managing both client and candidate relationships.
- Proficiency in HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and Candidate Management Systems (CMS).
