As a Healthcare Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging with highly qualified allied health candidates, leveraging a variety of sourcing methods and utilizing industry-leading recruitment technology. The scope of this role includes placing professionals such as nurses, sonographers, perfusionists, radiologic technologists, respiratory therapists, medical technologists, surgical technicians, physical therapists, and many others. - Guide candidates through all stages of the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.
- Ensure compliance with credentialing and regulatory requirements.

- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare recruiting, ideally within allied health disciplines.
- Proven success in high-volume candidate sourcing and placement.
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Comfortable with making 50+ outbound calls per day.
- Ability to manage multiple candidates and requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
- Competitive, results-oriented, and highly self-motivated.
