As a Healthcare Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in connecting skilled healthcare professionals—including Nurse Practitioners (NP), Physician Assistants (PA), and Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNA)—with rewarding positions across the country. In this role, the Healthcare Recruiter leverages leading technology platforms such as Salesforce CRM, LinkedIn Recruiter, VMS platforms, and specialized healthcare job boards to proactively source, engage, and place top-tier candidates. You will work closely with our business development team to align client needs with candidate capabilities, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all parties. Your responsibilities include candidate sourcing, recruitment strategy execution, relationship management, and maintaining compliance throughout the hiring process.

- Source and engage advanced practice healthcare professionals using phone, email, text, referrals, and digital platforms.
- Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline aligned with current client needs.
- Utilize tools such as Salesforce CRM, LinkedIn Recruiter, VMS platforms, DocCafe, NursingJobCafe, and PAJobSite for recruitment activities.
- Conduct in-depth interviews and screenings to ensure clinical and cultural fit.
- Guide candidates through the entire hiring process, from initial contact to onboarding.
- Manage credentialing, licensing, and compliance processes with attention to detail.
- Establish and nurture trusted relationships with providers, offering career guidance and support.
- Collaborate with sales and account managers to understand staffing needs and facilitate effective placements.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and pipelines using Salesforce CRM.

- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in healthcare recruitment.
- Strong sourcing and screening skills using job boards, databases, and outbound outreach methods.
- High comfort with phone-based communication (expectation of 50+ calls per day).
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple candidates and job requisitions simultaneously with high precision.
