Lauderdale, FL, with remote options available for professionals with proven experience in candidate-side healthcare recruiting. As a leading provider in healthcare staffing solutions, Palm Health Resources specializes in placing Physicians, Advanced Practice Providers, and Allied Health professionals in locum tenens roles across the country.
As a Healthcare Recruiter at Palm Health Resources, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, engaging, and qualifying top healthcare talent to meet the dynamic needs of clients nationwide. Working closely with business development and account management teams, you’ll leverage industry-leading technology, including Salesforce CRM, LinkedIn Recruiter, and various job boards, to build strong pipelines of candidates and ensure successful placements. Healthcare Recruiter - Summary- Full-cycle recruitment for healthcare professionals in locum tenens roles
- Collaborate with business development to match high-quality candidates with client needs
- Utilize advanced recruiting tools for candidate sourcing and engagement
- Maintain compliance with credentialing, licensing, and industry regulations
- Foster an inclusive and empowering workplace aligned with company values
- Source physicians, advanced practice providers, and allied health professionals using cold calls, texts, emails, referrals, and digital platforms
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of candidates aligned with current and future client needs
- Conduct comprehensive interviews and screenings to ensure clinical and cultural fit
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: from initial outreach through offer acceptance and onboarding
- Navigate credentialing, licensing, and compliance with attention to detail and accuracy
- Partner with sales and account managers to understand real-time staffing requirements
- Maintain detailed candidate records and communications using Salesforce CRM and other industry tools
- Establish and nurture trusted relationships with healthcare providers by offering career guidance and transparent communication
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay current with industry best practices
- Base salary with uncapped commission structure – earnings reflect your performance

- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum two years of experience in healthcare recruitment, preferably in locum tenens staffing
- Demonstrated success in candidate sourcing and screening through job boards, databases, and outbound outreach
- High comfort level with phone-based outreach (50+ calls per day expected)
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple candidates and job requisitions simultaneously
