- Expertise in developing, documenting, and managing business requirements for provider management modules.
- Strong skills in requirements gathering, stakeholder facilitation, and procurement documentation.
- Proven ability to produce high-quality written deliverables for RFPs and related documents.
- Experience supporting government healthcare initiatives, especially state Department of Health projects, is highly preferred.
