Healthcare IT Project Manager (EHR Implementation) - Summary- Lead and manage complex EHR implementation projects from inception to completion
- Focus on data migration from legacy EHR systems like AdvancedMD to modern platforms such as Canvas
- Coordinate cross-functional project teams, including technical and clinical professionals

- Minimum of 5 years’ project management experience within healthcare IT
- Direct experience managing at least 2-3 EHR implementation projects
- Extensive knowledge of EHR systems, particularly Canvas, and data migration processes
- Proficiency in Agile project management methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence
- Strong ability to manage projects involving complex data migrations and API integrations
- Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Experienced in healthcare IT project management, especially EHR system implementation
