Healthcare Customer Service Representative - Summary- Serve as the first point of contact for healthcare providers and members, addressing inquiries related to health plan benefits and claims.
- Triages and manages inbound calls in a high-volume, fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and courtesy.

- Maintains accurate and detailed documentation of every customer interaction.
- Assist health plan customers with questions about member benefits, eligibility, claim status, and claim processing requirements.
