Healthcare Administrative Support Specialist - Summary

- Handle and distribute incoming and outgoing mail related to healthcare billing.
- Break down mail and rotate through mail handling duties as needed.
- Receive and process claims from various sources, ensuring all data is accurately managed in online lockbox systems.
- Manage work cues and respond to requests associated with hospital billing and professional fee processing.
- Maintain organized records and support data entry requirements using MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Collaborate with team members to address operational needs and ensure timely completion of administrative tasks.
