Health and Safety Specialist - Summary
- Lead health and safety projects and processes in manufacturing and industrial settings.
- Coach, mentor, and review work of other safety professionals.
- Identify and mitigate workplace hazards while ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

- Lead and oversee safety projects of diverse scope with minimal supervision.
- Coach and review the performance and work of junior safety professionals.
- Support and initiate continuous improvement and automation activities related to safety processes.
- Utilize advanced analytical and technical skills to develop innovative solutions for safety challenges.
- Foster strong relationships through effective communication and negotiation with both internal teams and external partners.
- Identify workplace safety hazards and implement mitigation strategies and corrective actions.
- Maintain and ensure compliance with relevant safety regulations, standards, and company policies.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in Safety or related discipline required.
- Minimum of five years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
