Hardware Support Technician - Summary
- Support the hardware refresh initiative focused on migrating devices from Windows 10 to Windows 11.
- Deliver seamless hardware installation, software setup, and data migration services.
- Provide first-level troubleshooting and technical support to end users during the upgrade process.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure project goals and timelines are met efficiently.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Replace outdated devices and efficiently install new hardware as part of a large-scale Windows migration project.
- Install required software and confirm proper functionality on upgraded machines.
- Migrate user files and data securely from legacy devices to new systems, maintaining data integrity and confidentiality.
- Deliver Tier 1 technical support, addressing user questions and resolving basic troubleshooting issues during the upgrade process.
- Work closely with the client’s IT team to resolve any additional support needs, ensuring seamless adoption of new technology.
- Document processes, issues, and resolutions to support ongoing IT initiatives and knowledge sharing.
