Groundskeeper - Summary- Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and appearance of exterior common areas in residential communities
- Supports property management by performing routine and special cleaning and maintenance tasks
- Acts as a key contributor to resident satisfaction and community standards
- Maintain and clean exterior common areas such as sidewalks, courtyards, parking lots, trash enclosures, and walkways
- Empty and clean trash and recycling areas; remove debris and litter from grounds
- Sweep and pressure-wash exterior surfaces and common areas as needed
- Perform light exterior maintenance and repairs (fencing, signage, trash cans, lighting fixtures)
- Operate and maintain non-landscaping equipment including pavement sweepers, blowers, and pressure washers
- Monitor for and report safety hazards, property damage, vandalism, and maintenance needs to management
- Assist with move-in/move-out cleanups, event setups, and special projects as requested
- Follow all property safety, appearance, and sustainability standards
