Graphic Designer - Summary- Design and develop visually impactful content for internal digital platforms, including SharePoint Online and corporate intranet sites.
- Support the overall UX/UI design direction for new and existing intranet experiences.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate organizational needs into effective digital solutions.
- Contribute to site governance, cadence, and content lifecycle management.
- Create high-quality graphic assets for SharePoint Online, intranet, internal communications, and presentations.
- Design and configure SharePoint sites, including site information architecture, content, and permissions.
- Support UX/UI visual design to enhance user experience and engagement on intranet platforms.
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure design solutions meet business objectives and brand standards.
- Maintain site governance practices and manage content lifecycle to ensure consistency and compliance.
- Participate in digital transformation initiatives and provide design expertise for enterprise projects.

- Minimum of 6 years of professional graphic design experience.
- Demonstrated expertise in creating, configuring, and launching SharePoint Online sites, including building site information architecture and managing permissions.
- Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) or equivalent graphic design tools.
- Strong visual communication skills with a keen eye for branding and adherence to corporate design standards.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to manage stakeholder relationships effectively.
- Detail-oriented and innovative graphic designer with a strong portfolio of enterprise digital content.
