Granicus Systems Administrator - Summary- Responsible for the administration, configuration, and support of Granicus applications within legislative and public engagement environments.
- Ensures system reliability and uninterrupted operations for council and public-facing workflows.
- Provides hands-on technical support for council chamber technology, including voting and presentation equipment.
- Works collaboratively with internal teams and external vendors to resolve technical issues and maintain system performance.
- Administer and configure Granicus applications, ensuring systems meet the needs of legislative, public engagement, and records management operations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application and system issues, coordinating with vendors as necessary for advanced support.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and workflows across all supported platforms to maintain secure and efficient access.
- Support the operation of legislative and public-facing systems, ensuring accuracy and continuous uptime.
- Deliver technical support for council chamber technology, including voting tablets and related equipment during meetings and testing sessions.
