Duties & Responsibilities
- Administer, monitor, and support all aspects of Google Workspace services, including Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendar, Meet, and Vault.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex and escalated support requests, ensuring minimal disruption to users.
- Develop and maintain automation tools and scripts (such as those using GAM) to enhance administrative workflows.
- Continuously improve security configurations, permissions, and organizational structures (OUs/groups) to ensure scalability and compliance.
- Collaborate with IT and cross-functional teams to address user needs and implement new features or enhancements.
- Participate in incident response and on-call rotations as needed, ensuring high availability of critical services.
- Create and maintain thorough documentation, including operational runbooks and best practices.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience administering Google Workspace environments at the enterprise level.
- Advanced proficiency with Google Admin Console, including managing complex organizational units and configurations.
- Demonstrated experience writing and executing GAM scripts or similar tools for automation and administration.
- Strong capability in troubleshooting, incident management, and escalation handling within cloud-based productivity suites.
