- Design, configure, and support Genesys Cloud CX platform solutions tailored to healthcare communications.
- Integrate Genesys Cloud with healthcare systems, including Epic EMR, to facilitate CTI, screen pops, and secure data exchange.
- Administer key platform features such as ACD routing, IVR/Architect flows, queue and skills-based routing, and workforce management.
- Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues swiftly, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Optimize platform operations through the use of Genesys Cloud APIs, data actions, and advanced reporting tools.
- Maintain strict adherence to HIPAA compliance and call-recording standards at all times.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of expert-level experience with Genesys Cloud CX platform administration and support.
- Demonstrated hands-on expertise in configuring ACD routing, IVR/Architect flows, queue management, and skills-based routing.
- Experience integrating Genesys Cloud with Epic EMR and related healthcare systems, including CTI and data passing.
- Strong knowledge of Genesys Workforce Management (WFM) and Quality Management (QM) modules.
- Proficiency in using Genesys Cloud APIs, executing data actions, and optimizing platform performance and reporting.
- Commitment to maintaining HIPAA compliance and security best practices in all platform operations.
