General Manager - Restaurant Summary
- Lead all aspects of daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth execution and adherence to company standards.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations for both front-of-house and back-of-house, maintaining high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and retain a diverse team of restaurant professionals, fostering a positive culture of collaboration and respect.
- Deliver outstanding hospitality to every guest by ensuring prompt service, addressing feedback, and resolving concerns effectively.
- Analyze and monitor restaurant financials, including sales performance, budgeting, P&L statements, inventory, and cost controls to maximize profitability.
- Implement and maintain training programs to develop team skills and promote career growth within the organization.
- Ensure consistent adherence to food safety standards and regulatory requirements through regular coaching and quality assurance checks.
- Establish clear communication channels with staff, leading meetings and providing actionable feedback to drive performance.
- Execute company initiatives and promotions, aligning with brand standards and strategic goals.
- Maintain and troubleshoot POS and restaurant management systems as needed.
- Schedule team members effectively to meet business needs, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years' experience as a General Manager or Managing Partner in a high-volume, full-service restaurant setting.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, with a proven track record of team development and motivation.
- Comprehensive operational knowledge of both front-of-house and back-of-house procedures.
