Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive outpatient care for patients with general gastroenterology conditions
- Conduct pre-procedural clearance visits in an office setting
- Participate in inpatient rounds, admissions, and discharges one week per month
- Collaborate with physicians and care teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Utilize EPIC EMR system for patient charting, ordering, and communication
- Ensure continuity of care and high standards in clinical documentation
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and multidisciplinary team meetings
