Gastroenterologist (MD/DO) - Summary
- Full-time, permanent opportunity for a board-certified or board-eligible Gastroenterologist (MD/DO)

Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to diagnose gastrointestinal and digestive disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients with chronic and acute GI conditions
- Perform endoscopic and other diagnostic procedures as required
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including nurses, advanced practitioners, and other specialists
- Educate patients and families on disease prevention, management, and healthy lifestyle choices
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records in compliance with regulatory standards
- Participate in continuing medical education (CME) to stay current with advances in gastroenterology

Qualifications & Requirements
- Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
- Completion of an accredited residency in internal medicine and fellowship in gastroenterology
- Board certification or eligibility in gastroenterology
- Valid and unrestricted medical license to practice in California or eligibility to obtain
- Proven experience in diagnosing and treating a wide range of gastrointestinal conditions
