Duties & Responsibilities
- Diagnose and manage a broad array of gastrointestinal conditions, including but not limited to, inflammatory bowel disease, liver disorders, and gastrointestinal cancers
- Perform endoscopic procedures such as colonoscopy, upper endoscopy, and related interventions
- Develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs
- Provide consultative services and collaborate with primary care and specialty providers
- Interpret diagnostic studies and communicate findings with patients and colleagues
- Educate patients and their families on disease prevention, treatment options, and lifestyle modifications
- Participate in ongoing quality improvement initiatives and clinical research as appropriate
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulatory and organizational standards

Qualifications & Requirements
- Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree from an accredited medical school
- Completion of an accredited residency in Internal Medicine
- Fellowship training in Gastroenterology
- Board certification or eligibility in Gastroenterology
- Active and unrestricted medical license or ability to obtain licensure in WA
- Strong clinical skills in the diagnosis and management of gastrointestinal disorders
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
