Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and diagnostic evaluations for patients with gastrointestinal disorders
- Perform procedures such as colonoscopies, endoscopies, and other advanced GI interventions
- Develop, implement, and monitor treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, including nurses, surgeons, and primary care physicians
- Provide education and guidance to patients and families regarding disease prevention, management, and treatment options
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and stay current with advancements in gastroenterology
- Maintain thorough, accurate patient records in compliance with regulatory and institutional standards

Qualifications & Requirements
- Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
- Completion of residency in Internal Medicine and fellowship in Gastroenterology
- Board certification or board eligibility in Gastroenterology
- Valid and unrestricted medical license (or eligibility to obtain) for MI
- Strong clinical skills in diagnosing and managing gastrointestinal diseases
