As a Gastroenterologist (GI Physician), you will have immediate access to a busy, established practice with full schedules available upon your start. The practice features a diverse case mix, encompassing a wide spectrum of endoscopy procedures, outpatient clinic patients, and hospital call responsibilities. A dedicated team of experienced physician assistants (PAs) and registered nurses ensures seamless care coordination and supports your clinical workflow, enabling you to focus on delivering high-quality care to every patient.
The clinical environment is technology-forward, with ModMed (gMed) utilized in the clinic setting and Epic facilitating efficient hospital operations. With a current call rotation of 1:10, moving to 1:11 in the future, you will benefit from predictable scheduling and the support of eight full-time physician assistants, two of whom participate in call coverage. Procedures are performed in a modern endoscopy unit, typically handling 8 procedures per half-day and serving 10 to 12 clinic patients per half-day.
