As a Game Producer, your responsibility will be to lead cross-functional teams through every phase of the development and support cycle. Your project management expertise and communication skills will be essential in aligning stakeholders, coordinating dependencies, and ensuring that all features are operationally ready upon launch. Additionally, you will track post-launch Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and collaborate with senior team members to identify and implement iterative enhancements that elevate the player experience.

Game Producer - Summary- Serve as the primary point of contact for delivering support experiences for new game features
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a supportive and innovative environment
- Drive the successful planning, launch, and post-launch analysis of gaming features
- Champion process improvements to enhance both team efficiency and end-user satisfaction
- Lead cross-functional stakeholder teams to ensure operational readiness for upcoming feature launches
- Coordinate project scope, dependencies, and timelines, facilitating communication between Product, Engineering, UX, and Operations teams
- Organize and conduct launch preparation sessions, including gathering requirements, discussing policies and tooling, and facilitating readiness checkpoints
- Monitor and analyze post-launch KPIs in partnership with senior colleagues, leveraging insights to drive iterative improvements
- Identify and implement process improvements, streamlining workflows and enhancing the overall player support experience

- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in relevant environments
- At least 2 years in product management, project management, or production roles within the gaming or software industry
- Proficiency with project and product management tools such as Jira
- Demonstrated experience supporting software, game, or product development workflows
- Exceptional critical thinking, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- Collaborative and adaptable, with a passion for improving player support and gaming experiences
- Excels in dynamic, cross-functional environments and enjoys leading complex initiatives
- Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail
