Duties & Responsibilities
- Serve as the main liaison for assigned foundation partners in Europe and Central Asia, ensuring open and effective communication
- Coordinate and manage partner communications, including regular check-ins, calls, and follow-up touchpoints to support ongoing collaboration
- Maintain accurate records in the team’s CRM system, tracking foundation revenue, key educational opportunities, and any challenges faced by partners
- Provide comprehensive program support for ALSAC-owned initiatives, assisting with needs assessments, workshops, and strategic planning sessions
- Assist with logistical arrangements for ALSAC-led workshops, travel, and on-site events held in various global locations
- Offer real-time verbal and written translation services during training sessions, workshops, and partner meetings

Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in fundraising, program support, or a related field
- Experience working within complex environments at senior levels, demonstrating strong planning, organizational, and management capabilities
- Knowledge of fundraising, operations, marketing, and public relations is advantageous
- Fluency in Russian (oral and written) is essential; additional language skills are a plus
- Ability to provide real-time translation and interpretation services during workshops and training sessions
