Duties & Responsibilities- Develop and maintain scalable, high-quality web applications using React, TypeScript, Postgres, and additional modern frameworks such as Vite and Supabase.
- Work across the full software stack, taking ownership of product features from conception to deployment and ongoing improvement.
- Engage with customers to gather feedback, identify pain points, and translate requirements into actionable technical solutions.
- Leverage AI tools, including large language models (LLMs), vector databases, and coding agents, to enhance the platform’s capabilities and user experience.
- Participate in solution design discussions, collaborating closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver robust and innovative features.
- Contribute to smart data preparation, real-time collaboration tools, natural language interfaces, analytics automation workflows, and more.
- Demonstrate sound judgment in balancing rapid iteration with thoughtful, maintainable engineering practices.
- Drive projects independently, especially in ambiguous situations, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
- Actively participate in peer code reviews and knowledge sharing to foster a culture of excellence and continuous learning within the team.

- 2 to 4 years of professional experience as a software engineer, ideally at product-focused companies.
- Strong foundation in full stack development, particularly with React, TypeScript, and Postgres.
- Demonstrated ability to learn and adopt new technologies such as Vite, Supabase, or similar frameworks.
- Proven track record of shipping customer-facing features with meaningful user impact.
- Hands-on experience building with AI technologies, such as large language models, vector databases, or AI coding agents.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to operate independently in dynamic, ambiguous environments.
