IDR is seeking a Full Stack Developer to join one of our top clients for an onsite opportunity in Lansing, MI.
This role involves supporting state-level web applications with a focus on Java, J2EE, and Spring Boot development, alongside database management and Agile methodologies. The company operates within the government and enterprise services industry, emphasizing scalable, reliable application solutions.
Position Overview for the Full Stack Developer:
- Design, develop, maintain, and troubleshoot enterprise web applications and batch processing solutions
- Develop high-quality, scalable applications using Java, J2EE, and Spring Boot
- Write, optimize, and maintain SQL queries, with a focus on Oracle databases to ensure performance and reliability
- Participate in Agile development processes including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions
Requirements for the Full Stack Developer:
- 35 years of hands-on experience with Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, and SQL
- Experience developing and supporting web-based applications
- Strong understanding of relational databases, including Oracle
- Experience working in Agile development environments
- Proficiency with Jira and Bitbucket (or similar task management and version control tools)
