- Minimum 2 years of experience with xerox cut sheet printing for payroll and W2 forms
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Familiarity with Salesforce platform
- Knowledge of inserting equipment and mail machines is a plus
- Experience with FedEx, UPS, and USPS shipping processes preferred
- Detail-oriented and accurate in document handling and data entry
