FP&A Manager - Summary
- Lead and oversee comprehensive financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning for the organization.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes.
- Build and maintain complex financial models used to support organizational decision-making.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, forecasts, and variance analyses for management review.
- Partner with business units to ensure financial strategies align with operational goals.
- Lead monthly financial reporting, including preparing management presentations and variance analysis.
- Identify and drive continuous improvements in financial reporting, analytics, and systems.
- Support due diligence and evaluation activities for investments, mergers, and acquisitions.
- Mentor and develop FP&A team members, fostering a culture of growth and improvement.
- Present financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership to inform strategic decisions.
- Manage priorities, allocate resources, and ensure project deadlines and performance targets are met.
- Respond to complex inquiries and ensure accuracy and credibility in all FP&A deliverables.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field required.
- MBA, CPA, or CFA designation strongly preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive FP&A or accounting experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial capacity.
- Advanced expertise in financial modeling and analytics.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial statement analysis, and management reporting.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with financial management software and demonstrated project management skills.
- Ability to work independently without sponsorship requirements.
