Forklift Operator - Summary- Responsible for operating forklifts and tuggers to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise in warehouse and production environments.
- Supports overall warehouse operations by ensuring timely and accurate material handling.
- Works collaboratively with team members and supervisors to maintain efficient workflows and effective communication.
- Operate forklifts, tuggers, and other material-handling equipment in accordance with safety protocols and company guidelines.
- Load and unload materials from trucks, pallets, and shelves as required.
- Transport materials between production areas, storage locations, and shipping docks.
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report any issues or maintenance needs.
- Maintain accurate records of material movements and inventory transactions.
- Assist with inventory cycle counts and stock audits as requested.
- Adhere strictly to company safety policies and OSHA standards at all times.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives in warehouse operations.
- Collaborate with supervisors, colleagues, and other departments to meet production and shipping deadlines.

- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team setting.
- Physically capable of lifting, carrying, and moving materials as required.
