- Stamp or label each bag or box with the correct lot code, maintaining traceability and compliance with safety standards.
- Stitch or heat seal bags closed, verifying the integrity of each seal to prevent contamination or spillage.
- Check net weight of each bag on an electronic scale, adjusting as needed to meet product specifications.
- Follow all company policies and standard operating procedures to uphold quality and safety in the production process.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all sanitation guidelines in the food production environment.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals and resolve any operational issues.
