- Open and handle large bags of raw materials, transferring contents safely into the blending machinery using chutes and other equipment.
- Operate industrial blenders and monitor the mixing process to ensure ingredient consistency and product quality.
- Package finished blended products, ensuring that each bag is filled to the specified weight (up to 30 lbs per bag).
- Label all finished product bags accurately and stack them on pallets, with up to 120 bags per pallet as required per batch.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety and sanitation standards at all times.
- Participate in the constant processing of batches, ensuring production quotas and timelines are met without compromising quality.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to resolve any production issues and maintain workflow efficiency.
- Report any equipment malfunctions, safety concerns, or inventory shortages to management in a timely manner.
