Responsibilities- Participate in focus group sessions, which may be conducted online or in person, based on assignment requirements.
- Register and complete an eligibility questionnaire to determine suitability for various studies.
- Provide honest and thoughtful feedback on products, services, or topics discussed during each session.
- Follow written and verbal instructions carefully during each assignment.
- Arrive promptly for scheduled sessions, logging in or arriving at least 10 minutes prior to the start time.
- Engage in discussions and complete all required written and oral activities during the study.
- Test and use products and/or services provided for certain studies and be prepared to discuss your experience prior to the meeting date.
- Complete post-session surveys and provide additional feedback as requested by the research team.
- Ownership of a smartphone with a camera or access to a desktop or laptop with a webcam for online sessions.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection for remote participation.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to fully engage in one or several focus group topics.
