- Complete pre-session questionnaires to determine eligibility for specific studies or panels.
- Follow all written and verbal instructions provided for each focus group assignment.
- Arrive on time for assigned sessions, ensuring you are present at least 10 minutes in advance to prepare for participation.
- Utilize any products or services provided for testing, and be prepared to discuss your experiences during group discussions.
- Maintain confidentiality and provide honest answers in all feedback activities.
- Must possess a smartphone with a camera or a desktop/laptop with a webcam for participation in virtual sessions.
- Reliable access to high-speed internet to ensure smooth online communication during focus group meetings.
- Strong willingness to participate fully in a variety of research topics and group discussions.
- Ability to follow instructions accurately, both in written and verbal form.
- Commitment to being punctual and prepared for each assigned session.
