- Participate in product testing when applicable, using provided products and/or services and preparing to discuss your experience prior to scheduled meetings.
- Complete all required pre-session questionnaires and surveys to help determine eligibility and provide necessary background information for each study.
- Follow detailed written and verbal instructions to ensure the integrity and quality of feedback collected during each session.
- Arrive promptly and be prepared to contribute meaningfully to discussions, typically at least 10 minutes before each session begins.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding proprietary information and adhere to all research protocols outlined by the study organizers.
- Ownership of a smartphone with a camera, or access to a desktop or laptop with a webcam to participate in online focus groups and interviews.
- Reliable access to high-speed internet to ensure consistent participation in remote assignments.
- Strong desire to participate fully and thoughtfully in discussions and surveys related to a variety of topics.
- Ability to carefully follow both written and verbal instructions throughout the research process.
- Commitment to punctuality and reliability, with the ability to join sessions at the scheduled times.
- Willingness to use and review products or services when provided, and to share genuine feedback based on personal experiences.
- Earnings for Focus Group Participant assignments can vary based on the specific study or project selected, with compensation potential up to $750 per week for certain assignments.
