Flying Probe Test Operator - Summary
- Responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring automatic and semi-automatic PCB testing machines.
- Ensures all PCBs meet quality and tolerance requirements through rigorous testing procedures.

- Test and verify inner layers of printed circuit boards using Takaya and ATG flying probe equipment.

- Perform rework on excess copper shorts utilizing an X-acto knife, often under a dynascope or magnification glass.
- Follow all process sheets, written, and verbal instructions provided by supervisors.
- Maintain accurate records of testing outcomes and rework performed.
- Communicate any recurring issues or process improvements to the production team and supervisors.
- Ensure all work areas and equipment are maintained in a clean and safe condition.
