Duties & Responsibilities- Prepare residential concrete surfaces for coating through grinding and specialized preparation equipment.
- Mix and apply polyaspartic coating systems following precise manufacturer and company specifications.
- Broadcast decorative flakes and apply durable topcoats to create attractive and long-lasting floor finishes.
- Execute all installations in accordance with Foxy Coatings’ established quality standards and guidelines.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site throughout all phases of the installation process.
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently and on schedule.
- Follow all safety protocols and company procedures to ensure a safe work environment for yourself and your team.
