Fleet Safety Manager - Summary- Lead the development and enforcement of comprehensive fleet safety policies for a large-scale trucking operation.

- Collaborate with vendors to ensure proper vehicle maintenance and safety standards.
- Liaise with insurance providers and regulatory bodies to ensure full compliance and risk mitigation.
- Conduct and lead weekly safety incident reviews and monthly safety meetings.
- Monitor and analyze key safety performance indicators to drive continuous improvement.

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the transportation industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Safety Management, or related field required.
- Valid Class B CDL preferred but not mandatory.
