The successful candidate will bring a minimum of four years of relevant experience in residential construction, demonstrating both technical skill and an unwavering commitment to quality. You will collaborate closely with project foremen, superintendents, subcontractors, and other trades to ensure all work not only meets but exceeds company and client expectations.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Install exterior siding, including wood, composite, and specialty materials.
- Install exterior trim, fascia, soffits, rake trim, window trim, and decorative details.
- Install exterior doors, weather barriers, flashing, and waterproofing components.
- Read and follow plans, elevations, and finish details accurately.
- Measure, cut, assemble, and install materials to precise specifications.
- Perform layout and installation of exterior finish systems.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with foremen, superintendents, subcontractors, and other trades.
- Ensure all work meets company quality standards and project timelines.
- Follow all company safety procedures and proper use of tools and equipment.
- Assist with punch-list items and corrections as needed.
- Work overtime when required to meet project deadlines.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of four years of exterior carpentry and residential construction experience.
- Proficiency with exterior siding, trim, soffit, fascia, decking, waterproofing, and finishes.
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and drawings.
- Proficient with hand tools and power tools (Skilsaw, miter saw, routers, nail guns, levels).
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Must provide a basic set of hand tools.
- Able to work safely on ladders, scaffolding, and elevated surfaces.
- Ability to lift up to 80 pounds and perform repetitive physical tasks.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
- Professional appearance and conduct, punctual, and dependable.
- Strong understanding of job site safety and OSHA compliance.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required.
