- Install exterior siding, including wood, composite, and specialty materials
- Install exterior trim, fascia, soffits, rake trim, window trim, and decorative exterior details
- Install exterior doors, weather barriers, flashing, and waterproofing components
- Read and follow plans, elevations, and finish details accurately
- Measure, cut, assemble, and install materials to precise specifications
- Perform layout and installation of exterior finish systems
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Collaborate with foremen, superintendents, subcontractors, and other trades
- Ensure all work meets company quality standards and project timelines
- Follow company safety procedures and use tools and equipment properly
- Assist with punch-list items and exterior detail corrections as needed
- Work overtime when required to meet project deadlines

- Minimum of 4 years of exterior carpentry and residential construction experience
- Experience with exterior siding, trim, soffit, fascia, decking, waterproofing details, and exterior finishes
- Ability to read and interpret plans, elevations, and construction drawings
- Proficiency with hand and power tools including Skilsaw, miter saw, routers, nail guns, and levels
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Must provide a basic set of hand tools
- Ability to work safely on ladders, scaffolding, and elevated surfaces
- Ability to lift up to 80 pounds and perform repetitive physical tasks
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
- Professional appearance and conduct; punctual and dependable
- Strong understanding of jobsite safety and OSHA compliance
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required
- Demonstrates exceptional craftsmanship and attention to detail
- Produces consistent, high-quality exterior finish work
- Completes tasks efficiently and meets project deadlines
- Maintains professionalism and positive communication on job sites
- Adheres to all company safety policies and procedures
- Exhibits excellent attendance and punctuality
- Keeps tools, materials, and work areas clean and organized
- Consistently meets or exceeds supervisor expectations for productivity and workmanship
- This position is non-prevailing wage residential construction work
