As a Finish Carpenter, you will be responsible for all aspects of finish carpentry, including the precise installation of cabinets, vanities, door and window trim, baseboards, stair railings, custom trim, and other fine woodworking details. You will interpret architectural drawings, elevations, and finish schedules to ensure every component is installed to exact specifications. This role requires strong technical skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Your work will directly contribute to the overall quality and reputation of our projects, making you an integral part of the company’s success.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Install cabinets, vanities, window trim, extension jambs, doors, hardware, baseboards, casing, stair skirts, railings, cap boards, and custom trim
- Measure, cut, assemble, and install finish materials to precise specifications
- Read and interpret architectural drawings, elevations, and finish schedules
- Install, adjust, and finalize hardware and finish components with high precision
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites according to company standards
- Lead or assist small crews as directed by the foreman
- Communicate clearly and professionally with supervisors, team members, subcontractors, and general contractors
- Ensure all projects are completed on schedule and in accordance with company quality standards
- Follow all safety procedures and utilize tools and equipment properly
- Work overtime as needed to meet project deadlines

Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of residential finish carpentry experience
- Strong knowledge of finish materials, trim installation, cabinetry, and fine woodwork
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and finish schedules
- Proficiency with hand tools and power tools (e.g., Skilsaw, miter saw, jigsaw, routers)
- Must provide a basic set of hand tools; power tools supplied by the company
- Physical ability to lift up to 80 pounds and perform repetitive tasks
- Ability to work safely on ladders and in active construction environments
- Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation
- Professional appearance and conduct, punctuality, and dependability
- Willingness to learn and utilize company software and technology as needed
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, not required
