Duties & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with finance, FP&A, workforce planning, and digital teams to gather business requirements and translate them into functional system designs.
- Create comprehensive documentation, detailed workflows, and user-friendly mockups outlining system operations for key financial processes.
- Lead the end-to-end solution delivery process, including testing, deployment, training, and post-implementation support.
- Design and optimize solutions that simplify complex finance workflows to enhance usability and user experience.
- Ensure all solutions are compliant with internal and external financial, operational, and regulatory guidelines, while remaining scalable for future needs.
- Facilitate user acceptance testing by developing test scripts, validating functionality, and ensuring quality assurance standards are met.
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure requirements are accurately implemented and maintained.
