Financial Services Manager - Healthcare Finance Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze financial data from various sources, including Snowflake, payor capitation data, cost accounting systems, general ledger, budgeting platforms, and patient billing databases.
- Prepare routine and specialized financial reports to support managed care strategies and organizational goals.
- Evaluate commercial and government payer contracts such as ACOs, Direct to Employer, Medicare Advantage, Medi-Cal, medical group, and ambulatory arrangements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the integrity and accuracy of financial data and reports.
- Leverage SQL, Epic systems, and advanced Excel skills to optimize data analysis and reporting workflows.
- Continuously improve data collection and reporting processes by applying advanced technical expertise.
- Prioritize workload effectively, demonstrating strong organizational skills and a commitment to deadlines.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a managed care analytic setting or similar healthcare finance role.
- Proficiency in SQL development and Epic systems, with advanced Excel capabilities.
- Strong command of Microsoft Office tools essential for data analysis and reporting.
- Ability to attain competency in Snowflake, SQL, accounting systems, and Epic to analyze financial trends.
- Demonstrated organizational skills with a strong sense of priority, urgency, and commitment to meeting deadlines.
