During your first year as a Financial Services Manager, you will function as a financial professional, gaining firsthand experience in client advisory, product recommendation, and account management. This foundational year is complemented by comprehensive training programs, digital tools, and ongoing mentorship from industry leaders. Following your initial year, you will enter an intensive six-month management training program, priming you for a successful transition to a leadership role, where you will recruit, coach, and develop new financial professionals.
New York Life provides a wide array of product solutions, including life insurance, annuities, long-term care insurance, disability income insurance, and investment products such as mutual funds through its broker-dealer, NYLIFE Securities LLC (member FINRA/SIPC), a Licensed Insurance Agency. In order to offer investment products, you will be required to obtain appropriate securities licenses and FINRA registrations, and affiliate with NYLIFE Securities as a registered representative. This ensures you are equipped to meet the diverse needs of clients with integrity and compliance.

In addition to base salary, managers are eligible for additional compensation aligned with recruiting and developing new agents, as well as performance-based incentives.
