In this Financial Manager Trainee role, you will gain a deep understanding of New York Life’s robust portfolio of insurance and investment products, including life insurance, annuities, long-term care insurance, disability income insurance, and investment options such as mutual funds. You will be expected to obtain the necessary securities licenses and FINRA registrations, enabling you to represent NYLIFE Securities LLC as a registered representative and offer a full suite of investment products to clients.

Compensation for the Financial Manager Trainee position is competitive and rewarding. During your time as a financial professional, you will earn commission-based income. Upon promotion to Associate Partner, you will transition to a salary-based compensation model, with additional incentives tied to your team's performance.
