Financial Analyst, FP&A - SummaryThe Financial Analyst, FP&A is responsible for supporting key initiatives within the Corporate FP&A team to enhance financial reporting, optimize processes, and establish robust governance. This position plays a vital role in providing financial oversight, building cross-departmental relationships, and contributing to the organization's transition from development to operational excellence.
Duties & Responsibilities- Support key projects within the Corporate FP&A team to enhance financial reporting and processes.
- Improve financial processes and create governance structures that support business growth and scalability.
- Provide financial oversight for a rapidly expanding organization, ensuring fiscal responsibility and transparency.
- Build and maintain productive relationships across business units to facilitate informed financial decision-making.
- Contribute actively to the transition of the business from a build to run operational state.
- Assist in preparing annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and analyzing monthly financial performance.
- Support month-end closing activities and ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
- Utilize financial modeling techniques, including accruals, reversals, and application of GAAP principles.
- Work with financial software tools such as SmartView and OneStream, when applicable.

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an accounting or finance environment, preferably within the telecom or technology sectors.
- Strong experience with financial modeling, accruals, reversals, and understanding of GAAP principles.
- Proficiency in preparing budgets, rolling forecasts, and analyzing monthly financial performance.
- Familiarity with supporting month-end close activities.
- Experience with financial software such as SmartView and OneStream is considered a plus.
