Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance financial and commercial analytics tools for improved business performance tracking.
- Prepare and deliver monthly reporting packages, cost center summaries, and business review materials.
- Assist in annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes across multiple business units.
- Conduct detailed variance analysis, comparing budgeted and actual results to provide actionable recommendations.
- Support the creation and maintenance of Tableau dashboards and other business intelligence reporting solutions.
- Partner with stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements in reporting and analytics.
- Collaborate with IT to ensure seamless integration of business intelligence tools and accurate data delivery.
- Manage ad hoc financial analysis and provide timely responses to leadership requests for information.
- Maintain a high standard of data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all reporting platforms.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Thirteen or more years of experience in financial analysis, business analysis, or a comparable field.
- Expertise in Microsoft Excel, including mastery of Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, complex formulas, and handling large datasets.
- Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Direct experience with financial systems, reporting tools, or business intelligence platforms required.
- Ability to interpret data and translate findings into actionable business recommendations.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities for sharing insights with stakeholders.
- Experience with Tableau or other business intelligence tools is highly preferred.
- CPA or CFA certification is considered an advantage.
