Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly responding to inquiries about insurance and financial products, ensuring clients’ needs are met with professionalism and care.
- Collaborate closely with your mentor and team members to set and achieve marketing and sales objectives aligned with agency goals.
- Enhance your sales techniques through direct client and prospect engagement, learning effective strategies for building lasting client relationships.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions that cover financial products, sales methods, and day-to-day business operations to stay current on industry practices.
- Establish and nurture relationships within the local community to generate leads and referrals, fostering a strong professional network.
- Possession of SIE, Series 6, and Series 63 licenses required for the Financial Advisor (SIE, Series 6, Series 63) role.
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution; all majors and fields of study are welcome.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a demonstrated commitment to helping others achieve financial security.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to maintain a positive outlook focused on continuous improvement.
- Ability to obtain Property & Casualty insurance licenses within two weeks of employment start date.
